Official records remain with their custodians, and Oregon restricts law-enforcement release of booking photos under ORS 133.870. To seek a record or correction, use the Sheriff/County, NORCOR, court, or other issuing office that holds it. An arrest, booking, charge, warrant, or third-party listing is an allegation or procedural status, not a conviction; every person is presumed innocent unless a court proves otherwise.
